NOW, STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO BLOCK ANY WEBSITE

METHOD 1 : BY DNS Server

Changing the DNS server is most simplest method that you use to block any website.

STEP 1: Go to Control panel > Click on Network and Sharing Center> Click on Active Connection

STEP 2: NOW, Click on Adapter Setting, then right click on Active Connection and select Properties.
STEP 3: Double Click on Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

STEP 4: Change the option from " DNS server address automatically" to "Use the following DNS server address"
STEP 5: Enter the following DNS address
              Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.123
              Alternative DNS Server: 208.67.230.123

STEP 6: Click OK and save the settings.
              Reconnect to Internet, Try to open Harmful website..

METHOD 2: HOW TO BLOCK PARTICULAR WEBSITE ON YOUR PC:

STEP 1: Go to C:\Windows\system32\driver\etc
STEP 2: The file named Host, Right click on that file and select properties
STEP 3: A new Window will appear, Click on Security tab
STEP 4: In Security TAB, select Users(computer-Pc\User) and click edit

STEP 5: Select User, Check all Options except "Special Permission" and then click OK

STEP 6: Click on Advance and then on Change permission
STEP 7: In the next Window, select "User(computer-PC\User)" and Click edit
STEP 8: Select all the options in "Permissions Entry for host" window and then Press OK for all previous windows.

STEP 9: NOW, open host file in notepad.
STEP 10: Add below IP address and web address after the line of host file code.
              127.0.0.1

Example: 
                 
 127.0.0.1 facebook.com
 127.0.0.1 hotmail.com

STEP 11: Save the file.
